Title of talk: Electric Vehicle Myths and Real-world Ownership Experience

Description: Electrically powered cars have been a part of the industry for about as long as gasoline and diesel; however, they fell out of favor in the early 1900s. Fast forward to the early 2000s and battery technology from laptops and other electronic devices had created a mass-market supply of high performance battery cells that could be put to use in a new generation of electric vehicles. This talk dives into the myths, reality, and personal ownership experience of electric vehicles.
